We want you to love your home, which is why we offer a 30-day return window on all Floyd products to ensure they fit perfectly in your space. If your new furniture isn't the right fit, we'll help you coordinate a return or exchange with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Disassemble your furniture and pack it securely in the original packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  For larger items, our specialized freight partners will contact you to schedule a convenient pickup window at your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee.
